Clear, Calm & Confident Skin

Clear skin treatments focus on reducing inflammation, minimizing breakouts, and improving skin texture to support long-term skin health. Conditions such as acne, redness, irritation, and scarring can affect both the appearance and comfort of the skin. With a combination of targeted medical treatments and advanced skin therapies, patients can reduce breakouts, calm irritation, and improve overall skin clarity, promoting smoother, healthier skin.

Acne & Scarring Solutions

Acne and acne-related scarring can develop due to clogged pores, excess oil production, inflammation, or hormonal changes. Treatments designed for acne and scarring help control breakouts, improve skin texture, and reduce visible marks left by previous acne. By combining medical treatments with skin-rejuvenating therapies, patients can achieve clearer skin and a more even complexion over time.

Reviews

“I had a recent visit to Dr Damstetter’s clinic and would like to share my experience. I am a Navy vet(corpsman) and usually get seen at the VA but since we don’t have a Derm provider right now, I was fortunately sent out to her clinic to be evaluated. It’s a nice clinic in a nice area and was relatively easy to find. A pleasant Ms. Nancy at the front desk was helpful in completing the check-in process. Easy day. I did not have to wait long and was soon met by Dr. Damstetter’s assistant, who for classified reasons I will refer to as “Agent 8”. I am sure if she gets tired of providing excellent medical care, her slick-ninja skillset could get her a job with the CIA or MI6 maybe. Short story long, Agent 8 brought me back to the patient area, where I was introduced to Dr Damstetter, who was all the things you would want in a doctor: a knowledgeable provider with a great bedside manner. She gave me a thorough exam which did end up showing that I needed a minor procedure. No worries. I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. No one likes to have to see the doctor, but if you have a dermatological concern, this is a good place with good people who did great by me, and I am thankful to have been sent here.”

“Dr. Liz is truly the best dermatologist I’ve ever been to. She is attentive, kind, and genuinely cares about her patients and their overall skin health. I can not recommend her enough!!!”

“Wonderful experience here! The doctor took the time to educate me on a variety of cosmetic options and gave her candid opinion resulting in just the right amount of cosmetic adjustments! Her staff was delightful and attentive! I would highly recommend for general derm needs and cosmetic adjustments.”

“Dr. Damstetter was the first dermatologist I trusted to do my Botox. She is both knowledgeable and professional and did a fantastic job. I will be using her for any and all of my future needs.”

Acne Treatment

Acne treatment focuses on reducing active breakouts while improving overall skin balance. Customized treatment plans may include medical skincare, targeted therapies, and procedures that help control inflammation, regulate oil production, and prevent clogged pores. With consistent care, acne treatments help promote healthier skin.

Acne Scarring Treatment

Acne scarring treatments are designed to improve the appearance of marks left behind after breakouts heal. These treatments work by stimulating collagen production and skin renewal, which helps smooth uneven areas of the skin. By improving skin texture and tone, acne scar treatments help restore a more even complexion.

Microneedling

Microneedling helps improve acne scars and uneven skin texture by stimulating the skin’s natural healing response. The treatment creates controlled micro-injuries in the skin, which boosts collagen and elastin production. Over time, this process helps smooth scar tissue and improve overall skin texture.

Chemical Peels

Chemical peels help improve acne-prone skin by exfoliating the outer layers of damaged skin cells. This process helps unclog pores, reduce inflammation, and promote healthier skin. Chemical peels can also help improve the appearance of acne scars and uneven pigmentation.

Redness & Sensitivity Management

Skin redness and sensitivity can result from chronic inflammatory conditions, environmental triggers, or a compromised skin barrier. Treatments designed for redness and sensitivity management focus on calming inflammation, strengthening the skin barrier, and reducing visible redness. By addressing the underlying causes of irritation, these treatments help restore a more balanced and comfortable complexion.

Rosacea Treatment

Rosacea treatments are designed to manage chronic redness, visible blood vessels, and inflammatory flare-ups associated with this condition. Treatment plans may include topical therapies, laser treatments, and lifestyle guidance to help reduce triggers. With proper care, rosacea treatments can help minimize redness and improve overall skin comfort.

Dermatitis Care

Dermatitis refers to inflammation of the skin that can cause redness, irritation, and dryness. Treatment focuses on calming inflammation while restoring the skin’s protective barrier. With appropriate care and skincare guidance, dermatitis treatments help reduce discomfort and support healthier skin.

Eczema Care

Eczema care focuses on reducing irritation, dryness, and inflammation associated with this chronic skin condition. Treatment plans often include barrier-repair skincare, medical therapies, and lifestyle adjustments to minimize flare-ups. Proper eczema care helps restore skin comfort and maintain healthier skin over time.

IPL

Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatments help reduce redness and visible blood vessels within the skin. By delivering controlled pulses of light energy, IPL targets vascular irregularities and improves overall skin tone. This treatment is commonly used to address redness caused by sun damage or chronic skin conditions.

Scar & Texture Revision

Scars and uneven texture can develop from injuries, surgery, acne, or other forms of skin trauma. Scar and texture revision treatments focus on improving the appearance of these areas by stimulating collagen production and skin remodeling. With advanced technologies, it is possible to soften the appearance of scars and restore smoother skin.

Keloid Treatment

Keloid scars develop when the body produces excess collagen during the healing process, resulting in raised, thickened scar tissue. Keloid treatments aim to reduce the size and appearance of these scars while improving skin texture. Through specialized therapies, providers can help flatten and soften keloid scars.

Post-Traumatic Scar Treatment

Post-traumatic scars can develop after injuries, surgical procedures, or skin trauma. Treatments focus on improving the texture, color, and overall appearance of the scar while advancing healthier skin regeneration. By promoting collagen remodeling, these treatments help reduce the visibility of scars over time.

Alma Hybrid Laser

The Alma Hybrid Laser combines ablative and non-ablative laser technologies to improve both surface texture and deeper skin quality. This treatment helps stimulate collagen production while resurfacing damaged skin, improving the appearance of scars, uneven texture, and overall skin tone.
